By accessing and using Canvas Automation's services, websites, and applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our Services.

Your use of our Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Canvas Automation provides robotic process automation (RPA) solutions, including but not limited to:

• Automated workflow design and implementation
• Custom automation scripting and development
• Process optimization and consulting services
• Integration with existing business systems
• Training and support services
• Performance monitoring and analytics

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content.

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to our Services
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session

We reserve the right to disable any user account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions.

For paid Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our website or in your service agreement. Payment terms are as follows:

• Fees are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise specified
• Payment is due according to the billing cycle selected during registration
• Late payments may result in service suspension or termination
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice
• Taxes are not included in the quoted prices unless specified

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by Canvas Automation and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations
• Transfer the content to another person or "mirror" the content on any other server
• Use any automated systems to access our Services

Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding our Services is entirely voluntary and we will be free to use such feedback without any obligation to you.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

When you use our automation services, you may provide us with access to your data and systems. We commit to:

• Handling your data with confidentiality and security

• Deleting or returning your data upon termination of services, as requested

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Canvas Automation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services

In no event shall Canvas Automation's aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Services.
